GENERAL POLICIES:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• You will be asked for a $50.00 deposit for flash appointments and a $100.00 deposit for custom pieces, without a deposit you do not have an appointment.

• 15 minutes late without attempting to contact me beforehand will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a reschedule. (This policy is due to possible infringement on another clients time.)

• A total no call no show results in loss of deposit and no longer being able to book with me.

• I allow up to 2 reschedules per appointment booked. Your deposit NEVER expires, you can reschedule at any time.

• Small changes to designs are permitted day of, but a total redraw will result in the rescheduling of your appointment (redrawing a piece can create time constraints on other clients during that day.)

• I try to create a comfortable atmosphere for all my clients— if you have sensitivities or ANY requests please specify in your application and I will be happy to make accommodations for you (:

• If you would like a silent session, please let me know ahead of time. I like chatting most days.
